The Active Directory (AD) Smart Connector is an innovative tool powered by Easy’s, Ivanti One Partner. The AD Smart Connector, which is so far successfully used by many clients, strongly improves the automation of your employee’s identification and authentication within the information system.
The AD Smart Connector provides a full synchronization of all the information relating to the employee in the Active Directory information, and the employee basis of Ivanti Service Manager (Heat Service Management).
The AD Smart Connector allows you to retrieve from the AD all the relevant elements, such as users account, organization groups, servers, workstations, shared folders, printers, etc. Your access rights can thus be fully managed in your Active Directory and used in your Ivanti Service Manager solution.
